I find great joy and purpose in helping people and communities in co-creating safe, inclusive, equitable, trauma-aware, encouraging relational spaces and culture. I invite you on journeys of discovery, disentanglements of knots, repairs of ruptures, and in the powerful co-creation of the visions you want to live in and offer.
I customize my didactic and experiential approach from large or small group work to individualized sessions for continued deep dives and healing.
I have the chance to work with whole organizations for systemic change, with individual leaders and change makers in the educational, political, human rights and social change fields, as well as unique individuals who seek more wellness, healing, empowerment and flow in relationship with self and others in their family systems.

Weaving The Threads of Life…
At my core, I am a multi-cultural social justice activist who believe in the necessity for acknowledging the realities and impact of systemic inequities and being part of the reparations and system remedies for a greater social web that cares for all its beings. I am a continued humble explorer of intersections of my own privileges and on how to transform systems as well as develop personal response-ability and agility in change-making.
A D.C. arrival since the late 90s and a native from France, I acknowledge living on the ancestral stolen land of the Nacotchtank, Anacostan and Piscataway people and in (re)learning relational culture from indigenous wisdom from Turtle Island, Africa and Australia/New Zealand people as well as listening for threads from my own ancestry and indigenous practices from the Celtic land and culture of Brittany.
I have the greatest honor of caregiving and guiding two young people, who teach me so much about life through their eyes and hearts and sparked the focus on healing my younger selves along the journey. I get the chance to hold watch and care for a life-long uncurable chronic illness in one of my children, after nearly losing them in 2018 - as well as balancing chronic illnesses and invisible disabilities in my own body.
I am an avid supporter of public/accessible-to-all education spaces and a founding and serving board member of a DC public charter middle and high school since 2011.
